Sometimes when I'm out and about, I find it easier to just eat the chocolate bar rather than get a sandwich, because then it's easy to point. You can read the package and know exactly how many points you've used. With a sandwich, it's all guessing. It's not like you can tell them to use only four ounces of chicken, or whatever.

1/21/2009 - Another goal met!
Nearing my 2 year mark on the WW journey..and after some maintaining non-point counting sort of coasting I'm back at being accountable because I want to enjoy my summer running and being outdoors in shorts and tank tops :) Doing pretty well today...thought I'd be satisfied with my high point dessert...but I think I'll dip into flex to have a large glass of fresh OJ before bed.
